                        Cowboy

        In the early 70s Cowboy became a founding member of Grandmaster  Flash & the 3 MCs.  With the addition of two MCs who were later replaced  by Rahiem and Scorpio, the crew grew to the name we remember them as  today, 'Grandmaster Flash & the Furious 5.'  Among their more notable  classics are, 'Adventures of Grandmaster Flash on the Wheels of Steel,'  'White Lines,' (the gold selling) 'Freedom' and their best known joint,      'The Message'  (which went platinum in less than a month).
 
 Before new jacks had a chance to learn of Flash 'nem, Cowboy left us.   On September 10, 1989, Keith 'Cowboy' Wiggins was called home due to  complications of an addiction to crack cocaine.
